Pasta Blends.

Our range of pasta blends consists of four delicious variants:



Puttanesca : Olives, Chili, Capers, Onion, Basil and Tomato.
Add: Olive oil, your pasta of choice and five anchovy fillets.
Puttanesca is an old Italian favourite!

Funghi : Mushrooms, Red Peppers, Onion, Garlic and a blend of herbs.
Add: Olive oil, your pasta of choice or replace the olive oil with a 250ml tub cream.

 

 

 

 

 

Arrabbiata : Tomato, Onions, Garlic, Chili, Red Peppers and Basil.
Add: Olive oil, your pasta of choice and rocket leaves for colour and crunch!
Arrabbiato means angry in Italian—the name of the sauce is due to the heat of the chili (we have toned it down a bit for those who can’t handle the heat).

 

 

 

 

Mediterranea : Spinach, Olives, Tomato, Onion, Garlic and a blend of herbs.
Add: Olive oil, your pasta of choice and a sprinkle of crushed feta!
